We are a rapidly growing landscape construction company looking to expand our operations with the addition of a new Landscape Construction Foreman.

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated individual who can lead a landscape construction crew while working hands-on alongside the team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in hardscape and landscape construction, can confidently run a job site, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a landscape construction crew
- Organize daily tasks and keep projects moving efficiently
- Read and understand landscape plans, measurements, grades, and elevations
- Complete interlock and natural stone installations
- Build retaining walls and armour stone walls
- Complete grading, excavation, base preparation, and compaction
- Install decks, fences, sod, gardens, and other landscape features
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries on site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet company standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and other trades
- Identify site issues and make practical decisions to keep projects on schedule
- Complete daily site documentation and communicate project progress with management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years professional landscape construction experience
- Valid G Drivers License with no major infractions
- Experience driving a heavy duty pick up truck with a loaded tri axle trailer
- Excellent understanding and interpretation of landscape drawings and best practices
- Ability to proficiently operate hydraulic equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, track carrier)
- Ability to accurately set levels and grade surfaces professionally and evenly
- Ability to handle hardscape/softscape/deck & fence installations
- Ability to operate essential power tools (saws, drills, mixers, tampers, etc.)
- Positive attitude, reliable, pride in work and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from start to finish. You should be comfortable receiving the project scope and plans, organizing your crew, setting grades, coordinating materials and equipment, and completing the work to a high standard.
This is not strictly a supervisory position. The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the crew and lead by example.
