Bilingual Sales Assistant / Administrative Coordinator
Location: Montréal, QC
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Position
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Bilingual Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager and help manage daily dealership operations.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) and be comfortable communicating with customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads from online platforms and social media
- Contact customers and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Follow up with potential customers
- Assist with customer communication in both English and French
- Organize and maintain customer information and records
- Assist with paperwork and administrative duties
- Coordinate daily tasks and help keep sales operations organized
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day activities
- Maintain accurate appointment schedules and customer databases
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – Mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or sales support experience is an asset
