About the Role
Prep'n Sell is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Organizer and Client Relations Coordinator on a contract basis to support company initiatives.
You'll play a key role in company initiatives:
- Organizing contents for trades to be donated.
- Organizing and staging the houses.
- Helping with consultations.
Auction Day Operations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and buyers during the event
- Support in coordinating overall auction-day logistics
- Organize and stage home contents in preparation for auction
- Arrange items for photography and assist with photo uploads for online auction listings
- Ensure items are catalogued, presented, and displayed professionally
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with clients and the public in a professional, friendly manner
- Physically able to assist with organizing and staging household items
- Available on a flexible, contract/as-needed basis
- Experience in staging, organizing, estate sales, auctions, or customer service is an asset
