Life is Maid is hiring an experienced Residential Cleaner / Team Lead / Trainer to join our growing team!
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This leadership role is perfect for someone with strong residential cleaning experience who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.
Pay
$22.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning.
- Lead cleaning teams and ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Complete quality inspections and provide coaching when needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Help create a positive, supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience is required.
- Previous leadership or training experience is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and being on your feet throughout the day.
