Rodd Brudenell River Resort is seeking friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our Guest Services team for the 2026 season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, wants to learn more about the hospitality industry, and thrives in a fun, team-focused environment.
As part of our Guest Services team, Bell Person/Concierge will help create a welcoming experience for our guests by assisting with luggage, providing information about the resort and surrounding area, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to high service standards with a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through
- Professional, courteous, and cooperative demeanor
- Reliable transportation and availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
This seasonal position runs until October, with the potential opportunity to extend or continue working at one of our year-round properties during the off-season.
