Summary
We are seeking a skilled Window Glazier to join our team at Alberta Vinyl Windows & Doors Ltd O/A Everlast Group of Companies, as a Glazier. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, cutting and installing glass for residential and commercial projects. You will work with various types of glass, including tempered, annealed, laminated and insulated units, ensuring high quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install sealed units in vinyl and aluminum window frames
- Measure and cut glass stops accurately to fit various window sizes.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with installation teams to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent measuring skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in construction or installation environments.
