Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting overall sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals effectively, aligning client needs with company offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies for business development in target markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support account management by providing ongoing support and ensuring client requirements are met or exceeded.
- Lead or participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales targets.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or internal sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and account management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong marketing acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.
- Leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team members and drive collective success.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans for growth.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
