About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our vape store team. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping customers find the right vape products to match their needs. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable advice on vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize displays
- Stay current on new products, technologies, and industry trends
- Verify customer age according to company and government regulations
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn product features and explain them to customers
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be 19+ (or age of majority in your province)
