Maxquip is expanding and looking for an experienced Transport Canada B620 Highway Tank Inspector to join our team in Saskatoon. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a growing service department operating from our brand-new facility.

Responsibilities
As a B620 Certified Pressure Vessel Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing B620 inspections on compressed gas (mainly LPG & NH3) specification TC331 & TC 51 highway tanks and related equipment .
- Completing pressure testing and leak testing of various equipment (Highway tanks & Portable).
- Performing tank repairs and refurbishments as required.
- Installing and replacing valves and associated components as required. Rebuilding of Pumps, Valves & Compressors an asset.
- Building and testing hose assemblies
- Completing required B620 Cargo tank inspection reports and documentation accurately
- Working both in the shop and field at customer locations throughout Saskatchewan as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Assisting with the continued growth and development of our B620 service operations
Qualifications / Experience
Required
- Current B620 certification or actively working toward certification (TC331 Specification Units)
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
- Strong mechanical aptitude, must have own tool set.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders and standing for extended periods
Assets
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Propane industry experience
- NH3 (anhydrous ammonia) experience
- Welding experience
- Class 1A or 3A driver's licence

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Occasional weekend work during peak seasons
