Aqua Diversities Waterworks Inc. is looking for a motivated, reliable Helper, Apprentice or Jman to join our team for a temporary project at the Diavik Mine in the Northwest Territories.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to gain experience on a major industrial site, and doesn't mind working away from home.
Project Details
- Approximately 18-day rotation
- Remote camp accommodation provided
- Flights, meals, and accommodations supplied
- Long workdays with overtime available
- Immediate start preferred
Duties
- Assisting electricians and instrumentation technicians
- Moving materials and equipment
- General site labour and cleanup
- Assisting with cable pulling, mounting equipment, and installation work
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lb
- Able to work safely in an industrial environment
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous construction, mining, or industrial experience is an asset, but not required
