Job Summary
C&C Idea Lab is seeking a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist who operates at the intersection of storytelling and data-driven growth. Unlike traditional roles that separate creative production from strategic distribution, this position requires a hybrid expert capable of building high-conversion content journeys from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between technical artistry and business administration, ensuring that every video asset is not just visually captivating but also technically optimized to meet the KPIs of a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Client Strategy: Assess the characteristics of clients' products and services to determine their marketing and advertising needs, and advise on campaign strategies, channel mix, and creative direction.
- Campaign Development: Develop strategies and related content for digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them across web, social, and video, including scriptwriting and on-set direction for supporting video assets.
- Social Media Operations: Develop and maintain social media accounts across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients, sequencing always-on content and adapting brand voice to each client's market.
- Performance Analysis: Manage post-campaign analysis using GA4 and CRM platforms to measure marketing metrics and optimize return on ad spend.
- Workshops and Training: Develop and organize workshops and training sessions on digital marketing strategy, platform algorithms, and emerging trends for internal teams and clients.
- Content and Asset Preparation: Prepare or oversee the preparation of campaign decks, case study materials, presentations, and web content used in client pitches and post-campaign reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Google Analytics 4.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing campaign work and a social media presence with proven engagement.
- Strategic expertise in short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites and production locations as required.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $37.00 – $45.67 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Vacation: 2 weeks (4% of gross salary) paid annual leave.
