Roofing Sales Pro Expectations
- Our office will provide you with a large percentage of your leads and schedule them for you, usually 3-4 per day up to 10-15 per week.
- You’ll fill the rest of your sales schedule with self-driven leads, which earn you a higher commission
- Our system includes a “Good/Better/Best” proposal that you’ll create onsite and present to the customer
- Each proposal will be entered into our software system along with photos you take and upload
- Once the deal has been signed off on, you’ll ensure all the details are correct with the customer, including colour selections
- You’ll hand the project off to our production team, making sure to give them all the vitals like roof diagrams and special considerations
- You’ll also make labour and materials orders for the jobs you sell
- You’ll participate in weekly sales meetings and follow up calls for folks in your pipeline
- To accommodate our clients’ schedules, you may need to meet after business hours or on the weekend
Roofing Sales Pro Skills and Experience
We’re flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role. We highly favor talent, attitude, and motivation. - Customer Service or Hospitality experience
- Sales experience in service or construction
- Construction experience
- Roofing experience
- Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
- Valid driver’s license required so we can insure you to drive a company vehicle
- Willing to learn our CRM & sales pipeline software
- Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Conversational French a plus
