As we continue expanding our AI capabilities, we're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-powered platform.
About the Role
This is a senior quality engineering role responsible for validating AI-powered features, backend services, and warehouse management workflows across our SaaS platform.
You will work closely with software engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build reliable automation, improve software quality, and ensure AI-driven functionality meets both technical and business requirements.
The ideal candidate combines strong automation expertise with backend testing experience and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and software quality.
What You'll Do
AI Quality Assurance:
- Validate AI-powered features, AI agents, and business workflows across the platform.
- Verify AI behavior against functional requirements and expected business outcomes.
- Design test scenarios covering functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
Automation Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Improve automation coverage and reliability across new and existing features.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Backend Quality Assurance
- Perform backend testing using REST APIs, SQL, logs, and service responses.
- Validate integrations between internal services and third-party systems.
- Investigate defects through API analysis, database validation, and application logs.
Collaboration & Quality Improvement
- Work closely with developers throughout the SDLC to identify quality risks early.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and edge cases.
- Contribute to QA standards, automation best practices, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3- 5+ years of experience in Software QA or QA Automation.
- Hands-on experience testing AI-powered applications, AI agents, or AI-assisted features.
- Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Strong backend testing experience, including REST APIs, Postman, SQL, and log analysis.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT) to improve testing and automation workflows.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and QA best practices.

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means delivering reliable, scalable, and maintainable test automation while ensuring AI-powered features and warehouse workflows meet the highest quality standards.

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
