Description
Hilltop Electric is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid field experience, and the ability to coordinate crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure project timelines are met
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial environments
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions on site
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Red Seal
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to read electrical plans and schematics
- Leadership and team management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as a Lead Hand or Foreman (preferred)

Pay: $42.50-$50.00 per hour
