We are seeking a Program Director to lead our Brampton location—an educator ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to work hands-on with children.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership
- Deliver engaging, movement-based classes
- Execute curriculum consistently
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and mentor coaches
- Lead performance evaluations
- Build a strong team culture
Program Quality
- Ensure a positive, high-quality experience for children and families
Operations
- Oversee daily operations and scheduling
- Manage inventory and coordinate vendors
Community & Events
- Build relationships with families
- Manage social media and content
- Plan and execute events
Qualifications
- Background in education (OCT, ECE, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children
- Proactive and reliable
- Basketball experience is an asset
Schedule
- Mon–Thurs: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Flexible time for leadership duties outside program hours
- Weekend availability required
Compensation
- Starting salary: $50,000
- Monthly bonus potential: up to $1,500
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Total earning potential: $60,000–$70,000+
