The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta is hiring! We are willing to train the right candidates.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- Answer questions regarding hotel services.
- Provide information about services available in the community.
- Respond to guests' concerns and help resolve any issues.
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
- Present statements of charges to departing guests.
- Receive payments.
