Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Drafter and Coordinator to join our design and construction team. This role involves creating precise technical drawings, coordinating project documentation, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution. Duties
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Mozaik
- Create schematics, technical diagrams, and construction documents aligned with project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
- Manage project documentation, revisions, and version control to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Order material and schedule projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations and animations including 2D animation as needed for client or team review.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements throughout the drafting process.
- Support on-site teams by providing clear technical drawings and documents for construction activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Mozaik.
- Strong drafting skills with experience in schematics and technical diagrams.
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
