We are currently seeking a caring and professional Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in a permanent part-time position. What You’ll Do
As an important member of our clinical team, you will help provide exceptional patient care while contributing to efficient clinic operations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and ongoing care
- Perform clinical procedures and support physicians during examinations
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Monitor patient concerns and contribute to individualized care
Triage & Patient Support
- Respond to patient concerns and provide clinical guidance within scope
- Assist with reviewing and communicating test results
- Provide patient education and support to promote better health outcomes
Documentation & EMR
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records
- Ensure proper documentation within the EMR system
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams to deliver coordinated care
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient workplace culture
Urgent Care Support
- Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (primary care or family medicine experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with EMR systems (Practice Solutions experience is an asset)
- A patient-first mindset and commitment to excellent care
