Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within the business-to-business sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and business development, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining profitable margins
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, industry developments, and competitors
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Business development experience with the ability to generate new leads independently
- Account management experience demonstrating long-term client relationship building
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales objectives
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively
- Customer service experience emphasizing client satisfaction and retention
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively

Pay: $34,400.00-$122,957.25 per year
