- Licensed Bodyman: $30+ per hour, depending on experience
- Without license: $25–$30 per hour, depending on skill and experience
Job Description:
CYRUS AUTO SHOP is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician / Bodyman to join our team.
We need someone who has experience with both insurance jobs and customer-pay jobs. The right person should know how to repair vehicles properly, follow estimates, deal with supplements when needed, and complete work in a clean and professional way.
A Bodyman license is preferred. If you are licensed, pay starts at $30+ depending on your experience. If you do not have a license but you have good experience, pay is between $25–$30 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Repair collision damage on vehicles
- Work on insurance and customer-pay jobs
- Read and follow repair estimates
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels
- Perform bodywork, sanding, filling, and panel alignment
- Communicate about hidden damage or extra repairs needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Complete jobs properly and on time
Requirements:
- Bodyman license preferred
- Experience in auto body repair required
- Must know how to work on insurance jobs and customer jobs
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Must be able to work at least 5 days per week
- Own tools are preferred
- Must be able to work independently
