Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused attitude. The Office Assistant will be responsible for various clerical tasks, data entry, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Duties
- greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients effectively.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy in communication.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated customer support experience with effective phone etiquette.
