Zorbit Sports is looking for an upbeat, energetic person who genuinely enjoys working with kids, playing games and creating memorable experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being active and isn’t afraid to jump into a Nerf battle, lead a dodgeball game, help with crafts or keep a group of excited kids engaged.
Responsibilities
- Lead Nerf, dodgeball and other active games
- Supervise children during camps and birthday parties
- Host parties and help keep activities running on schedule
- Help children feel included, comfortable and involved
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Prepare and organize games, crafts and activities
- Set up, clean and reset party rooms and activity areas
- Help keep the entire facility clean, safe and organized
- Follow Zorbit’s safety and incident-reporting procedures
- Work collaboratively with other staff members
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Upbeat, energetic and comfortable being active
- Friendly, patient and genuinely enjoys helping children
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident leading games and speaking to groups
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Safety-conscious and attentive
- Comfortable communicating with children, parents and coworkers
- Available for some evenings and weekends
- Willing to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
Previous experience working with children is helpful, but it isn’t required. Personality, reliability and a willingness to get involved are just as important.
Hours and Compensation
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week
- Some evening and weekend shifts required
- Starting at $18.50 per hour
- Part-time to start, with the opportunity to move into full-time hours if desired and the position is a good fit
