We’re building a team that cares about each other, and the quality of food that they create and serve. If you have years of experience running the line in a fast paced kitchen, we’re looking for you.
You’ll spend the summer working in a busy casual fine dining restaurant and a premium burger place in town with a great staff.
Your own transportation is very useful, but not entirely necessary.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Manage food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Participate in menu planning and contribute to innovative dish development, including baking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Experience in team management and restaurant operations

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
