Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by providing timely meal preparation
- Ensure proper storage of food items and monitor freshness to prevent waste
- Adhere to serving protocols, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with food service environments that emphasize teamwork and efficiency
