As a Budtender, you are interested in the world of cannabis and enjoy staying in the know about new products and strains. You are eager to learn and love sharing that knowledge with others, focused on making sure every customer walks away feeling confident in their purchase and experience.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers to understand their needs while providing education on safe and responsible cannabis use.
- Offer informed guidance by staying up to date on products and continuously expanding product knowledge.
- Convert customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
- Cultivate, grow and retain customer base through an exemplary customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and manage point-of-sale transactions smoothly.
- Understand, apply, and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations
- Support inventory management and uphold company standards by following internal policies and procedures.
Who You Are
- 1 year of customer service experience, retail is preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- A passion for cannabis in this growing industry
