Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience in meat preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a focus on grilling techniques and presenting the meats to our guests. The Grill Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring efficiency and consistency in all grilled dishes.
Our shifts go from Wednesday to Sundays, from 2pm to 10pm approximately (for grill cooks).
Responsibilities
- We provide in-house training
- Prepare and grill meats on a rotisserie
- Present meats to the guests
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain grilling equipment and work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills (assets)
- Experience in grilling or any kitchen experience
- Strong knife skills
- Experience in food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
