We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Rocky Mountain Chocolate stores on Robson Street (Vancouver) and Edgemont Village (North Vancouver).
This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail, loves chocolate, and is eager to grow sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. It also involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and ensuring the store meets sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and purchasing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing outstanding customer service
- Create a positive, energetic, and customer-focused team culture
- Ensure visual standards and product presentation align with brand guidelines
- Handle scheduling and ensure coverage, including weekends and peak periods
Skills:
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to increase revenue
