You will work closely with experienced technicians and gradually learn real hands-on skills while supporting daily shop operations.
Duties
- Assist technicians with backend work such as tint prep, detailing prep, masking, and cleaning
- Learn and support services like window tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, and basic electronic installations
- Prepare vehicles before work (cleaning surfaces, organizing tools, staging materials)
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Help in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Support inventory handling (films, chemicals, tools, supplies)
- Follow instructions from seniors and learn step-by-step processes
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
