As the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and personalized experience. If you enjoy building relationships, anticipating customer needs, and exceeding expectations, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers and guests
- Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through their dealership experience
- Escort customers to the appropriate Sales or Service team members
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort throughout their visit
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current customers, prospects, and leads
- Facilitate introductions and communications between customers and dealership teams
- Brief team members on customer needs and preferences to support a seamless experience
- Conduct daily showroom inspections to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Monitor and maintain digital touchpoints and showroom technology
- Verify and update customer information accurately
- Support dealership events and customer engagement activities
- Assist with additional customer experience initiatives as required
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working directly with customers, preferably within a premium, luxury, retail, hospitality, or automotive environment
- Previous experience in a similar guest services, concierge, or customer experience role is considered an asset
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Pay: $21.00 per hour
