What You’ll Do
- Work with our Build Team on outfitting Karma campervans
- Working on special R&D and campervan upfitting projects
- Install, test and/or repair off-grid electrical and solar systems, water systems, structural components, appliances, and exterior campervan components
- Perform daily workflow tasks as directed by our Production Manager
- Maintain a safe, clean and productive work environment
- Keep the team updated with clear, concise paperwork and progress reports
- Contribute to a variety of tasks based on your skills and interests
What We’re Looking For
- Must have Journeyperson RV Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Strong team player who’s self-sufficient and dependable
- Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Passion for delivering an exceptional end product
- Quick thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Keen interest in working specifically with campervan conversions

Position Details
This is a Full-time, on site role with overtime available as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
