Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. Territory is based in Simcoe County and York Region. This role is vital in connecting customers with our services, embodying our company's values of integrity and excellence.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service recommendations.
- Drive the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, and closing new customers)
- Process everything on a CRM.
- Upsell services to maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Keep informed about new services and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Typically (2-4) years of sales experience, ideally in our industry, or construction, home improvement, or green industries.
- Closing Ability: The capability to handle high-ticket contracts and close deals on the spot when necessary.
- Relationship Management: Strong consultative selling skills to understand client needs and deliver distinctive customer experiences.
- Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple leads, site visits, and proposal follow-ups without direct supervision.
