Situé au cœur du Mile End, Le Rodman est un resto-bar festif à haut volume, avec une cuisine d’inspiration caribéenne moderne, une ambiance énergique et des services qui roulent jusqu’à tard.
Ici, ça va vite. Les soirées sont pleines, la cuisine est en mouvement constant, et l’équipe doit livrer du début à la fin.
Nous cherchons des cuisiniers/cuisinières fiables, rapides et constants, capables de performer sous pression sans compromettre la qualité.
Profil recherché :
Expérience réelle en cuisine (minimum 2 ans)
Capable de travailler vite, proprement et avec précision
Ponctuel, fiable, zéro absentéisme
À l’aise dans des services à haut volume
Ce que tu feras :
Exécuter le service avec rigueur et constance
Maintenir un poste propre, organisé et efficace
Suivre le rythme de l’équipe et contribuer à son énergie

Located in the heart of Mile End, Le Rodman is a high-energy restaurant-bar offering modern Caribbean-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with late-night service.
This is not a slow kitchen, services are busy, the pace is constant, and the team needs to deliver from start to finish.
We are looking for reliable, fast, and consistent line cooks who can perform under pressure without compromising quality.
What we’re looking for:
Real kitchen experience (minimum 2 years)
Ability to work fast, clean, and with precision
Punctual, reliable, no absenteeism
Comfortable in high-volume service
What you’ll do:
Execute service with consistency and precision
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
Keep up with the pace and contribute to the team’s energy

Pay: $17.00-$22.96 per hour
