Kingscross Hyundai is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team in representing Canada’s most-loved automotive brand (#1 in 2025 JD Power Sales Satisfaction Index in Canada!). The candidate we are looking for is a team player, customer driven, reliable, organized, and professional while playing a crucial role in managing the inventory and distribution of automotive parts. You will also be supporting the dealership's sales and service operations by providing excellent customer service, managing inventory effectively, and ensuring the availability of parts to meet customer demands.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an automotive dealership and/or Parts Department
- Experience with PBS is considered an asset
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations and inventory management
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to effectively and quickly build relationships, establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
- Excellent organization, time management and multi-tasking ability
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Driven to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written an asset
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting and standing
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to managing inventory and ordering parts in a fast-paced environment
- Establish rapport with wholesale and retail customers in person and on the phone
- Clarify customer needs that help to locate the required parts or service and suggest any related parts or service in which customers might be interested
- Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory system and assuring all safety risks
- Track inventory, reorder inventory, and special-order inventory as needed
- Assist the Parts Manager in resolving discrepancies between the computer inventory and the parts available in the dealership
- Obtain the information needed to place special orders and ensure that the correct parts are sourced. Multi-tasking and accuracy are absolutely critical
- Research the availability of certain parts, either within the dealership or from other sources as necessary
- Become an integral part of a cohesive team environment that strives to create the best possible experience for our Parts, Service and Sales customers
- Assist with parts deliveries
