Queens Cannabis Co. is hiring Keyholder/Supervisors to support our expanding network of licensed cannabis stores across the Lower Mainland.
We're looking for reliable, customer-focused leaders who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Previous cannabis experience is welcome but not required—we value strong retail skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- Supervise daily store operations and lead by example
- Open and close the store and perform keyholder responsibilities
- Support sales goals while ensuring every interaction is compliant and professional
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, merchandising, and restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and provincial cannabis regulations
- Support and mentor fellow team members as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and new technology
- Flexible and dependable with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience with cash handling and retail operations
- Inventory or merchandising experience is considered an asset
- Current Selling It Right certification or willingness to obtain it before employment
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset but not required
