Financial Accountant to join their family office. Responsibilities:
Manage QuickBooks expenses and accurately transform them into detailed spreadsheets to help inform strategic decision-making.
Perform daily spreadsheet management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Oversee and track property-related expenses for various operating companies.
Assist with various filings and tax preparations for small operating businesses.
Reconcile expense reports and manage daily spreadsheets, adhering to existing processes.
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- ?Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge, including proficiency with pivot tables, functions, and converting PDFs to spreadsheets.
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Strong critical thinking skills to creatively solve problems while meticulously following established processes.
Experience in a family office or a small accounting firm dealing with owner-operators and small businesses is considered beneficial.
