BCW Property Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. This position supports a wide range of property services throughout the year. The successful candidate may assist with signage fabrication and installation, general repairs and maintenance, snow and ice control, landscaping, and lot maintenance.
This is a contract position with a term from June 1 to October 16, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain signage and vinyl graphics, including working at heights when required
- Perform general building, site, and property maintenance, including basic repairs and upkeep
- Operate trucks, tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites and complete cleanup after tasks are finished
- Assist with parking lot line painting
- Deliver, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Carry out lawn care, landscaping, seasonal clean-ups, and snow removal services
- Perform litter and debris pickup to maintain clean and professional sites
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain flexible availability, including occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and seasonal on-call work
- Work primarily within the Niagara Region, with occasional travel as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating trucks, plows, landscaping, or maintenance equipment is an asset
- Comfortable performing physical labour and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working at Heights certifications considered an asset (training may be provided if required)

Wage: Based on experience
Schedule:
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday. Please note that this position requires an early morning start.
- On-call availability required during certain months (primarily winter)
- Evening, after-hours, weekend, and holiday work may be required depending on weather and project demands
Experience:
- Sing fabrication and installation: 1 year (preferred)
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience operating trucks, plows, and hand/power tools is an asset
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labour independently or on a team
License/Certification:
- Driving License (required)
