About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Associate to join our high-performing warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, physical work, is mechanically inclined, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring every bag of ice meets the premium standards our customers expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operate production machinery to manufacture premium packaged ice
Drive a forklift to move and organize pallets efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Monitor product quality to ensure consistent excellence
Perform minor troubleshooting and basic equipment maintenance
Follow strict Food Safety Handling procedures
Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and comfortable with active work
Forklift certification required
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Experience in a production or labour-intensive environment preferred
Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and strong team mindset
Position Details
Seasonal, full-time position
8-hour shifts starting at 8:00 AM
Weekend availability required
