Seasonal Door-to-Door Sales: High-Energy, High-Commission

Door-to-door sales isn't for everyone. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of "no’s." If you’re the type of person who stays motivated by their own results, this is one of the highest-paying summer job you’ll find in Saskatoon.
We’re looking for Seasonal Sales Reps to help homeowners get their exterior windows/gutters looking perfect for the summer.
The Math (How You Get Paid)
You get a steady base to keep you grounded, but the commission is where the real money is.
- Base: $15.35/hour.
- Commission: 15% on every sale (Average sale is $200–$300).
- The Reality: Our average reps bring in $3,000–$5,000 per month. If you’re a natural closer, that number goes up.
- Pay Cycle: Paid monthly (Hourly + Commissions).
The Schedule
We hit the streets when people are home.
- Primary Shifts: Monday–Friday, 5 PM – 9:00 PM.
- Weekends Optional: Saturdays/Sundays available (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Commitment: Minimum 5 shifts per week.

Note: This is a 5-month seasonal contract (May–September). We have a one-month intro period to make sure it’s a good fit for you.
