Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Financial Performance Planning and Analysis, the Business Development Analyst (Strategy and Pricing) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving the company’s pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and corporate objectives. The analyst also provides management with strategic analyses to guide business decisions, pricing, and market development.

Analyze and develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Interpret customer and sales data to guide decisions on pricing, market segmentation, and business development.
Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and better understand customer needs.
Perform structured competitive intelligence: monitor pricing, promotions, positioning, and market share, as well as analyze public company performance.
Produce performance reports (KPIs) and formulate recommendations based on results.
Participate in the annual budget planning process in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams, providing analytical insights on market trends.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Management) to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and the company’s overall objectives.
Work closely with the Sales team regarding variable compensation (an asset).
As the ideal candidate, you have:
Experience in the rental, distribution, or B2B services sector (an asset).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
Excellent command of data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel) to support strategic decision-making.
Initiative, rigor, integrity, critical thinking, analytical skills, and a high level of professional autonomy.
An interest in or experience with artificial intelligence tools.
Perfect bilingualism (French and English) to interact with a diverse clientele.
