Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive English language lessons tailored to students’ age and skill levels
- Incorporate educational technologies and LMS platforms to facilitate interactive learning experiences
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles, including those in special education programs
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence building
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum enhancements and share best practices
- Proofread and review instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness
- Provide tutoring sessions outside regular class hours as needed to reinforce learning concepts
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress
Skills
- Strong knowledge of English language instruction techniques and curriculum development
- Experience working with children across different age groups, particularly early childhood education
- Classroom experience in diverse educational settings, including special education environments
- Proficiency in teaching math alongside language instruction is a plus for integrated learning approaches
- Excellent communication skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues effectively
