Position
In this role you will be responsible to work with our leadership team to achieve a finished landscape that meets our designed plans and expectations of our customers. This position calls for someone who thrives in outdoor construction environments and excels at manual labour. New hires will need to take direction and also adhere to all safety requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in landscaping is an asset, but fitting in with our talented team is the most important asset you can bring to the table. You will also need the following:
- Driver license in good standing
- First aid certification
- Equipment operating experience (skid steer, mini excavator, excavator, and dozer) is an asset
- Ability to read site plans
- Exceptional work ethic
- High sense of urgency and flexibility - you have never said "this is not in my job description"
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour days
- Team player
- Ability to take direction
