Our team delivers a full range of generator services, including preventative maintenance programs, load bank testing, troubleshooting and repairs, automatic transfer switch (ATS) testing, generator commissioning, start-up support, system upgrades, and emergency callout services. We support diesel, natural gas, and propane-fueled power generation equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.
In addition to field service and maintenance, JayJaxx Power Systems provides turnkey power system solutions, including equipment supply, installation coordination, controls integration, project management, and long-term asset management support.
JayJaxx Power Systems is looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our power generation service and maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and can confidently manage administrative and service‑coordination tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with Account Receivable tracking, payment follow‑ups, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and issue invoices; support collection activities as needed.
- Ensure service reports, field paperwork, and work orders are completed and closed accurately.
- Create and maintain customer/vendor profiles and documentation.
- Coordinate PM schedules, reminders, and documentation.
- Support dispatching, scheduling, and communication with technicians and clients.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support day‑to‑day office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative, service coordination, or AR/invoicing roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is an asset
- Experience in electrical, instrumentation, or construction environments is an asset (not required)
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
