Position: Kitchen Manager
Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year + performance bonuses
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle and supervise a team of 12–15 staff members
- Positive attitude and professional personality at all times
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, scheduling, and inventory management
- Strong understanding of controlling staff costs and food cost percentages according to company targets and direction
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain teamwork
- Ensure food quality and cleanliness standards are met
- Maintain and manage kitchen inventory efficiently
- Monitor food cost and labor cost percentages to meet company goals
- Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and kitchen organization
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
