Agent Support Specialist (Licensed Preferred)
REVEL Realty is seeking a highly organized, service-driven, and proactive Agent Support Specialist to support our growing network of agents, administrators, and leadership teams across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others succeed, and has a strong understanding of real estate operations, systems, and agent support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving communication, supporting onboarding, creating operational resources, and helping agents and administrators maximize the tools and systems available within REVEL. A real estate license is preferred, as this role requires a strong understanding of the day-to-day workflow of agents, teams, and brokerage operations.
Position Overview
The Agent Support Specialist will act as a central support resource for agents, administrators, Head Coaches, and teams within the REVEL network. This position focuses on operational efficiency, training, onboarding, communication, and systems support while helping create a consistent and elevated experience across all REVEL offices.
This role will also contribute to the development of training materials, operational playbooks, webinars, internal resources, and support programs designed to help agents and teams grow and scale successfully.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgent & Administrative Support
- Support agents, administrators, and teams with day-to-day operational questions and guidance
- Assist with onboarding new agents, administrators, and teams joining REVEL
- Help create structured onboarding systems and training pathways
- Provide support for CRM systems, listing systems, buyer processes, and operational workflows
- Work closely with our leaders to reduce administrative burden and improve office efficiency
- Assist in developing systems that improve communication, accountability, and client experience
Training & Development
- Coordinate and support training programs, bootcamps, webinars, masterminds, and coaching calls
- Help create educational resources, guides, videos, and operational documentation
- Support ongoing development opportunities for administrators and operations staff
- Assist in organizing internal training calendars and resource libraries
- Encourage collaboration and community among REVEL operations teams
Operations & Systems
- Assist in building and maintaining operational playbooks and support materials
- Help improve internal systems, workflows, and administrative processes
- Support technology adoption and operational consistency across locations
- Work with leadership to identify areas for operational improvement and growth
- Help maintain organized systems for onboarding, reporting, communication, and accountability
Team & Leadership Support
- Support team leaders and office leaders with operational resources and growth initiatives
- Assist with retention and engagement strategies for agents and administrators
- Help coordinate leadership meetings, support calls, and internal communication initiatives
- Contribute ideas and systems that improve productivity and culture across the organization
Events & Community
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal events, summits, webinars, and retreats
- Support initiatives that strengthen REVEL’s culture and operational community
- Help create marketing and communication materials related to training and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- Real estate license preferred
- Experience in real estate administration, operations, agent support, or team management
- Strong understanding of real estate workflows, systems, and brokerage operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and operational systems
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed
- Leadership, coaching, or training experience is considered an asset
