Job Title: Sales Representative – Physiotherapy Clinic

About Us
We are a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping patients recover, move better, and live pain‑free. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can help expand our patient base and build strong community relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and outreach plans in collaboration with clinic management
- Coordinate weekly and monthly strategy meetings with the management team
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, medical offices, personal injury lawyers, and community organizations
- Schedule and attend meetings with doctors, lawyers, and other professional partners
- Prepare presentations, brochures, and outreach materials for professional meetings
- Track referral sources and report performance metrics to management
- Plan and execute community engagement activities, including health fairs and local events
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media content and online campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and propose growth strategies
- Support front‑desk team with lead follow‑up and patient communication when needed
- Promote clinic services to potential patients, local businesses, and referral partners
- Convert inbound leads into booked assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, gyms, and community organizations
- Educate clients on treatment plans, programs, and membership options
- Track sales metrics and meet monthly targets
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (healthcare or wellness industry is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outreach, follow‑ups, and closing conversations
- Self‑driven, organized, and goal‑oriented
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment
