We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect is a hands-on technology leader responsible for the end-to-end technical design and delivery of Diabsolut's most complex Salesforce engagements. This role partners closely with customers, solution architects, and delivery leaders to translate business outcomes into clean architecture, production-grade code, and durable platform foundations.
The Senior Technical Architect is expected to be a master of the Salesforce platform — Apex, LWC, integration, and DevOps — with deep capability across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud. They define the technical direction on assigned engagements, write the hardest parts of the solution themselves, and lead junior and offshore developers to a higher standard. They drive customers to Senior Technical Architect outcomes by anchoring decisions in Salesforce best practice and presenting clear, defensible technical recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Own the end-to-end technical solution on assigned engagements — data model, automation strategy, integration design, security model, and deployment topology.
-
Architect and build Agentforce solutions including topics, actions, prompt strategy, evaluation, Einstein Trust Layer configuration, and the Apex / Flow / MCP plumbing behind them.
- Design and deliver Data Cloud foundations including data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and downstream activations into Service, Marketing, or Agentforce.
- Build production-grade Lightning Web Components and Experience Cloud LWR sites with attention to performance, accessibility, SLDS conventions, and reusable component design.
-
Write Apex at a master level — reusable patterns, sensible abstractions, deterministic test coverage, and disciplined handling of governor limits, async behaviour, and platform events.
-
Define and enforce CI/CD on every project — Azure DevOps pipelines, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and a Git branching strategy the team actually follows.
-
Set the bar on engineering discipline across code review, automated testing, environment hygiene, and technical debt management.
-
Lead technical discovery and design sessions with customers — listen first, then translate business outcomes into platform decisions the customer can defend.
- Drive customers to outcomes by anchoring recommendations in Salesforce best practice, presenting trade-offs clearly, and pushing back with evidence when the requested solution is not the right one.
-
Mentor junior developers and lead offshore squads — set technical direction, review their work, raise the quality bar, and grow them into stronger engineers.
- Decompose complex requirements into a build sequence that respects dependencies, sprint capacity, integration readiness, and non-functional requirements.
-
Contribute to internal accelerators reference architectures, and reusable assets that compound across the practice.
