This is a doing job. You'll build and schedule social content, write and send newsletters, pull campaign data and explain it to clients, all across several brands at once. Most of the work is digital; none of it is limited to digital. About the role
Twelve months in, success looks like this: every account you own has a campaign cadence like clock-work without anyone chasing it, clients know your name because you're on their calls walking them through results, and when something needs to get done, you're the one who already did it. You report directly to the Ops Manager.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and support the execution of campaign briefs across channels, from writing to hitting publish
- Pull campaign data, analyze what's working, and present it to clients in plain language
- Join client calls as the execution lead on their account
- Write and edit constantly: social copy, email, blog content, ad copy, and web copy
- Pitch in across the rest of the marketing mix as client needs call for it: print collateral, events, campaigns beyond the screen
- Coordinate with our design, development, and growth teams so deliverables land on time
What we're looking for
Required:
- Hands-on experience running campaigns for multiple brands or accounts with competing deadlines, whether at an agency, in a multi-brand in-house role, or across a freelance portfolio
- Strong writing and editing skills, with samples you're proud to send
- Comfort presenting work and results directly to clients
- Real analytics ability: you can pull the numbers, spot the story, and say what to do next
- A doer's disposition: when something is unclear, you ask one good question and keep moving rather than waiting to be unblocked
Nice to have:
- Agency experience
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, or similar tools
- Experience with other technology platforms and social schedulers (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Later, or similar)
