Kamloops Virtual Golf is looking to add a reliable, outgoing, golf enthusiast to our team.
At our establishment we feature an exciting indoor golf experience with a fully licensed bar. We offer drop in's, corporate events, parties, leagues and tournaments. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing team member to create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Position:
This is a part time position. Shifts are Saturday and Sunday evenings. There may be an opportunity for more shifts in the fall and winter during our busy season. The perfect candidate will have a love of golf and people. Is friendly, welcoming and enjoys connecting with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
- Set up guests on simulators
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly
- Monitor guests needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Handle payments and use the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf bays, seating area and bar area
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth venue operations
Qualifications:
- Must be 19 years of age and obtain your serving it right
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, outgoing and confident interacting with guests
- Previous hospitality, serving, bartending or customer service experience is an asset
- General knowledge about the game of golf, simulator experience an asset but not mandatory
