About the Role
You're the engine that makes fulfillment happen at The Ultimate Deck Shop. When product arrives, you receive it. When customers order, you pull it. When it needs to get there, you deliver it. Your accuracy, hustle, and teamwork ensure every customer gets exactly what they ordered, when they need it.

What you will do:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Put away inventory in proper warehouse and yard locations
- Pull and stage customer orders for pickup — with zero errors
- Load vehicles for delivery and confirm order accuracy before hitting the road
- Complete deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse at all times
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Operations Manager immediately
- Assist with cycle counts, yard cleanup, vehicle inspections, and inventory projects
- Attend daily huddles, monthly 1:1s, and quarterly performance reviews

What We’re Looking For Required Experience & Skill
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's licence (for delivery roles)
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable — this is non-negotiable for us
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Preferred Experience
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or delivery
- Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified — we'll help)
- Background in building materials or lumber yard environments
