This position is ideal for an outgoing communicator who stays up to date on cannabis trends, respects provincial compliance standards, and enjoys a high-energy retail floor. Because this role includes delivery duties, having your own dependable vehicle is a mandatory requirement. Everyday Responsibilities
- Order Logistics: Manage and execute local deliveries and curbside pickups. (A valid G-class license and personal vehicle are required).
- Customer Care: Guide guests through our inventory, matching products to their experience levels and personal preferences.
- Education: Provide clear explanations regarding product formats, safe consumption habits, and standard dosing guidelines.
- Compliance: Strictly enforce Ontario legal age requirements by verifying valid government photo IDs.
- Register Management: Process customer purchases accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Visual Standards: Keep the sales floor organized, restock shelves, and maintain a spotless, welcoming storefront.
- Regulatory Awareness: Monitor changing market guidelines, participate in stock counts, and stay informed on new item arrivals.
- Operational Flow: Complete opening and closing checklists while maintaining high-security standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum age of 19 (legal requirement).
- Active Ontario G-Class driver's license paired with daily access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid CannSell certification in hand before your first official shift.
- Background in customer success, retail sales, or food and beverage service.
- Functional understanding of various cannabis formats and the Ontario Cannabis License Act.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible rota, including morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Comfort adapting to retail hardware, apps, and processing systems.
